The beds are on top of a metal spring foundation which makes those weird metal springy creaks when you roll over. Staff was very pleasant. It worked for what I needed.......affordable 1 night stay for a tournament"

"The hotel I stayed at was amazing, and I will return to it when I visit family again. They don't have a bellman because it's not that type of facility. Despite this, they assisted me with my luggage when I arrived and left. Due to my disability, I am unable to lift my suitcase either from my car or within the hotel. Upon my arrival, they sent someone to assist me, and my suitcase was heavy. He came into my room and put it on the luggage rack. I have no idea what I would have done without their assistance."

"Lack of lighting. Nobody at the front desk answers the phone. The sound of traffic was loud all night and disrupted our sleep. The push carts were all wobbly. Not impressed. Guest kept knocking on our door and disappearing. Will not return."
