"I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. On arrival they asked for ID, which I found a bit unusual, and then sent a link asking for credit card details to cover any potential damages. I understand why hotels do this, but it did feel a bit impersonal. The location is good and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus. The reception area looks nice and the room had a fridge, which was useful. The air conditioning worked fine. The room itself was a bit of a disappointment compared...

"Cheap price was justified by the poor facilities and staff. The hotel has no lounge or restaurant and we had to go outside for breakfast. Parking is for three cars and it’s always full up but on street parking is available after 6 pm. The bedroom and bathroom were of good quality. The best thing is it’s located in the heart of posh Muswell Hill and surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafés. I was annoyed the man on the Reception desk was scruffy although friendly. "
