"The hotel is situated at a convenient location as it is very close to Maffeo Sutton and Bowen parks. The room was big and clean."

"When checking in, I asked if there was an upgrade available, they had a King room but were going to charge the difference, understandable, but I opted to stay with my queen room and rate. I had an issue with a slow draining bathroom sink. I requested if maintenance could look into it and repair, I was heading out for the day so timing was not an issue. I arrived back in my room around 3pm. As soon as I as I unlocked the door the telephone rang, it was the main desk explaining that maintenance...
