"I was given the wrong room and was not helped to be accommodated for what I requested bkd. The breakfast is not worth it, you might as well go to the Tim’s across the street for breakfast. The coffee was the frost I have ever had in my life. The desk staff lily or Lucy was very unhelpful or empathetic and just kept on saying well that’s what it is and didn’t try to solve the issue. The only good thing was housekeeping. They were great and cleaned nicely!"

The linens and towels were clean and were neatly replaced or done each day. The stay included complimentary continental breakfast which was really good.
