"There was no parking when we arrived in the evening for check in. Was given the choice of trying to find a free parking spot on the street or park in a paid lot a block away. Doing so at night in a sketchy neighborhood was rather unsettling. Wish they did a better job accommodating guests upon their arrival."

"The room was immaculate, airy and cool. The bed was incredibly comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. High ceilings and a ceiling fan made the circulation in the room so comfortable. We had folks on either side of us in the other rooms and heard nothing, so that was nice. I slept like a rock. Shower was clean and had very nice items to use that smelled nice. We will definitely be back."

"The bedding was very strange, plastically feeling. The desk chair had sweat stains all over it, it was disgusting. The shower was nice as was the breakfast and staff. It was nice to be able to see our vehicle out window too."

The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy.
