"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."

"Conveniently located and very comfortable hotel. We really liked the fact that the lobby area was very welcoming and everything was included. It was a great place to come back to after a day exploring the city. Extremely helpful staff and wonderful breakfasts - probably the most complete we've had in Europe."
