The room was great and the staff were amazing. Some of the nicest and friendliest staff who are worth choosing this hotel to stay at just to meet. Balu greeted us and served us coffee each morning and chatting with him was one of our favorite parts of Mumbai.

The hotel was in a very central location. They told us that the hot water is only on during certain times. The breakfast buffet was decent. The staff at the hotel was very nice & helpful.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Variety at breakfast could be better. Staff are excellent at breakfast and very helpful. They are very responsive to customer requests.
