Some issues with check in as had already paid & reception staff asked for whole amount again $3k AUD. Found the reception staff quite rude and was charged 854,000 IDR for 3 beers and 8 sparking waters, whilst sitting at the lobby to go I was asked for more money, this experience was terrible considering how much money I had spent at the resort during my 4 nights (NB warning do not have mini bar drinks in your room) also found someone in my room who claimed to have restocked although only 1 tonic was restocked although not the 3 cans of beer consumed which is all I had in those 4 days "
