"Close proximity to the train station . The refrigerator in the room is not very cold. I realize it is a bar fridge but the beer we bought was warm even after 2 or 3 days. The reception desk was courteous and helpful. The breakfast room staff were cordial and friendly. Even a 'student' helping the regular attendant was great at handling a whiny, demanding couple who took almost all of the food from the buffet to their ow table . "The location of the hotel is great, only 7 minutes walk from the train station. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room is spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was great for sleeping in the heat (even though it’s September, it’s still quite hot). We’ll stay in this hotel again if passing through Munich."

"Das Personal an der Rezeption und Bar waren sehr freundlich. Bei Frühstück verstanden die Damen wenig Deutsch. Die Zimmer waren toll eingerichtet. Allerdings könnten sie etwas mehr vom Staub gesäubert sein. Das Frühstück war ganz o.k. Wenn man früh dran war, hat man alles bekommen. Allerdings ab 9.30 waren nur noch Reste da, obwohl es bis 11 Frühstück gegeben hätte... Das Frühstück im Salzburger Cocoon war wesentlich besser und reichhaltigee. Deshalb sind wir eigentlich dieses Mal auch ins...
