I would describe my stay as overall good and comfortable. I arrived late at night and walked from the metro stop after coming from the airport. It was about a 15 minute walk, roughly three streets away, and felt manageable even with luggage.
At check-in, you simply ring the small bell and someone comes to assist you right away. The front desk agent was very kind and welcoming. We even had a pleasant, brief conversation about Spain, which made the check-in feel warm and personal.
After settling into my room, I realized I had food that needed to be heated. I went back down to the lobby to ask if there was a microwave available. She graciously offered to heat up my meal for me, and I was able to enjoy a nice hot dinner — I truly appreciated that extra effort.
The room itself was nice and comfortable, with a small balcony that added a lovely touch. The shower had very hot water, which was perfect after a long day of travel. There were four pillows on the bed — a bit bulky for my personal preference — but I still slept well. The TV remote batteries seemed to be dead, but since I was exhausted, it wasn’t a big issue.
One thing to note: there are no USB or USB-C charging ports in the room, so be sure to bring your own adapter. Check-out was smooth and easy.
Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service and comfortable accommodations.
