"The pool wasn’t so good. Neither was a breakfast and I got charged double for two breakfasts and there wasn’t even another person staying with me and it was the smallest breakfast ever lots of stains on the furniture, the walls in the curtains"

"This was a wonderful place for us to stay. My only negative comment would be that, in our experience like elsewhere in Europe and the UK, mattresses are covered by a plastic type of wrap, and we sweat heavily every night despite the rooms being air-conditioned. Still, of we came back to Munich we would absolutely stay here again"

"Room was close to elevators, which you could hear all night. I didn't tell staff the same morning which said I could have changed rooms but I didn't noticed till my child was already asleep. They were nice and offered me a coffee. Maybe hust don't put families or light sleepers in those rooms."

"Lovely hotel, convenient central location. Classic decor, comfortable rooms. Staff were welcoming and attentive. We had requested and they pre-arranged a walking tour with a local guide (Alex) who was excellent. We declined breakfast as it was pricey, especially for light eaters. We opted instead for the bakery/coffee shop adjacent the lobby. Very pleasant stay overall."

"Clean and comfortable, large elevators, complementary, apples, water and pastries, skip housekeeping and get a gift card, only a mile from the center, but most of all, the staff was amazing! Shout out to Lorena, and her colleagues!!"

"Great location for train travel and only a 20 min walk to old town Munich. Nice to have access to coffee and water. Air conditioning was perfect as well. Could use a little more shelving space especially the bedside."

"Perfectly located close to the train station and easy to walk everywhere. Unlimited free serve yourself espresso machines in the lobby 24/7 with whole milk and oat milk and many coffee options as well as sparkling and still water on tap. We rented cute bikes from the desk and rode them to the English garden minutes away, so convenient! Darling decor as well, it even has a very lovely alpine themed outdoor patio with resident cats. You really can’t beat this place for ambiance on a budget."
