"Very convenient to the airport"

"Really didn’t enjoy my stay. There were roaches and bugs everywhere. The room was the bare minimum. The amenities were awful 1/10"

"This was a very nice hotel well kept updated. And they had air conditioning it was unseasonably warm in Germany and they don't have AC over there it's not needed normally. Novotel does have AC. It's also close to a brewery the oldest one in the world which also has a restaurant which was very good"

"Property is close to the airport and a shuttle picked us up and dropped us. Only downside is they charge for the shuttle per person to go back to the airport. The rooms are very small but for one night we made it work. The staff was helpful to find late night food options as we arrived late."

"Lounge and reception staff were on their own program. Sat in lounge for 15 minutes waiting for service. Finally went to registration to have him paged. Required the advertised airport shuttle. Clicked on QR code as instructed by reception. Went to lobby, got on a shuttle only to be pulled off and told our shuttle was the public bus. The bus stop was off their campus. The receptionist had a vague description of where the pickup would be. “Over there” he pointed in the direction of the lobby...
