"Great hotel. Very clean, very comfortable. Air con and normal room amenities. Fridge needed attention (reported to reception when leaving) as wasn't that cold, and minibar items (unused) were not cheap. In-room coffee and tea items were replenished daily. Plenty of European plug points where needed in the room. A short walk from the tourist areas, but worth it for the quiet and the comfort. Superb restaurant next door with amazing food. The girl at the front with red hair was very happy and made sure to help with any questions and when we left she provided us with waters to go. "The hotel is right across from the main train station which was super-convenient, and there is a tram stop around the corner. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. All in all, a good experience and we'd consider staying in a Miss Sophie's property again in the future. Thanks so much!"
