"A few thoughts to help. A studio suite should be give you some amenities. Paper towels, tissues, large glasses, large coffee mugs seem to be normal expectations. The fans provided (no AC) were either noisy or on a two hour timer so I got up to reset it through the night. The location was central to shops and restaurants in the area."

"Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen. Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing...
