"I cannot say enough about the staff at Terra Verde. The rooms were wonderful but the hospitality is really what makes this place the best place we have ever stayed. I communicated with staff ahead of time to let them know when we will arrive. We arrived at 9 am and had booked 1 of 2 rooms in our reservation for the night before so we could get at place early to freshen up. They had BOTH rooms ready. In addition to this they helped us arrange transfers all over the island, the were always friendly and communicative. Lastly, the day we left "

"Excellent hospitality and great hotel . I would recommend everyone to stay here and it’s worth the money . As I mentioned in the feedback to the hotel staff the area outside of the rooms can get really slippery during rain or high moisture conditions and the hotel should do something about it like ex:- anti-skid coating or other options available. The gym needs to be fully setup and completed "

"This is a small intimate hotel, but the more superior rooms (e.g. those with a hot tub) have great privacy and stunning views. Our hot tub was perfectly heated throughout our stay, which was needed given the weather this time of year can be variable. The staff were super friendly, professional and accommodating, always available via WhatsApp to help arrange transfers/lifts across the island at short notice. Given taxis on the island are few and far between, and we were drinking vinsanto most days, this was invaluable - the only alternative would be car rental and considerably less vinsanto! The hotel is a great location for the best vineyards on the island, and very convenient for both Fira, Oia and the airport. All in all, a lovely modern, convenient hotel, with great staff and incredible views. Would stay again!"

"The pictures on the hotel website is not a good representation of how the actually property looks. Its an older property. Had a nice view. The window was lefted open before we got to the room so there were flies in the room. The sheets were stained. The tv was close to ground on the wall and crooked. It was suppose to be a premium suite but there wasnt anything premium about the room itself. "

"Wonderful hotel. Very central to everything. Staff was knowledgeable on things to do. View for the sunsets was amazing. Walked to Oia from the hotel. "
