"Great hotel. I travel a lot and lately have been staying at 5 star properties; imo this one is deserving of that grade. Very helpful staff. I called the day before arrival and spoke to Julia, who helped arrange water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located on the grand canal. About a 10 min walk to La Fenice and Piazza San Marco. Got a nice room with a view. Breakfast was a hearty choice of buffet and cooked. Service at breakfast from Maria, Christina...

"Excelente opção para quem quer ficar no grand canal. Infelizmente o quarto com vista para o mesmo era bem mais caro. Quarto mais antigo, sem muito charme, mas o staff atencioso do hotel compensa bastante. Café da manhã muito bom, apesar de servido numa sala pequena. Gostei da hospedagem! Recomendo"
