"The property has been under renovations for over 6 months (unknown to me when i made the reservation). No turn down service in the 4 nights I was there (I asked twice). They were obviously short-staffed"

"Upon arriving I was nicely greeted by staff and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, neat, and tidy and the staff did an excellent job of cleaning my room and restocking while I was out for the day. There was easy access to gas stations, shops, and dining."

"The property holds $100 as security and made sure we knew how hard it was to get back. We asked for them to inspect the room on checkout and they would not. I took pictures and going thru Expedia to get money back."
