"Room staff location pet friendly everything was awesome, also noticed the internet had been upgraded thank you, only thing that sucked are drunk people drinking smoking around the kids, doors or windows cant be open because it just smells of smoke, n Shouldnt have to put up with drinkers & smokers, should be a alcohol & smoke free location."

"Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm."

"Reception was busy, but helpful once the delay was cleared after about 10 mins. Also on two occassions during our stay we tried calling reception unsuccessfully until disconnected. We enjoyed the free wine tasting hour with Kies and cannt recall the Friday night winery, but was also enjoyed. Buffet breakfast was superb, a good selection of fruit, cereals and hot food.(need to update your toasters though,very slow!)
