"The hotel is fairly new, so iy was clean overall. The main issue for this hotel is the fact that you can hear EVERYTHING! You can even hear your next door guests talking. Also outside noises are easily heard, which makes light sleepers to wake up back to back. Luckily for me, I'm far from being a light sleeper, but in other hand, my fiancé is alight sleep, which made it difficult for him to sleep well. "The lobby, food area, bar, along with the hallways and room were exceptionally clean and well maintained ! The staff was courteous and responsive to any questions or needs. It had been awhile since our stay at BW but we will certainly return in the near future. "The staff was very helpful and friendly. I have a few complaints, some of which cannot be controlled, but it's good to be aware of. The first being right by our room, the ceiling was completely exposed and I felt very uncomfortable when walking under.
