"Pro: This is a small quaint hotel. Very Peruvian. Small but wonderful. Great helpful staff. Loved our time at the hotel. Outside the hotel is a different story. Con: I visit Paris every year for work. I can see a change. Paris is being overwhelmed with Ivory Coast folks. Arguing street gangs, sidewalk vendors, homeless, pickpockets (two separate groups), metro stations line jumping etc. I had to female friends who were ogled, again Ivory Coast people. Very uncomfortable anywhere in this area....

"Beautiful apartment newly redone and well equipped. Comfortable bed, two smart tvs a Sonos system and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very quiet at night. A little out of the touristy areas (which is good) but close by to everything in the Marais and Notre Dame, the Louvre etc. all walkable. Lots of good restaurants and close to good shopping. We will definitely be back. "

"This hotel was better than expected. It was clean, the staff were attentive and it was close to public transportation. It was a great location with tons of restaurants around. We will use this hotel again should we come back to Paris. Tanya & Miranda at reception were especially helpful and Abdou in the restaurant worked so hard. He made our mornings. The only interesting observation was that there was only 1 iron to share with the whole hotel."

"This property is older and while the bathrooms have been remodeled, the rest of the room could also use a little TLC. That said, the staff was great. The location is strange only in that is seems to be located right on the border of a less than desirable neighborhood; however, you can walk one block behind the property and you find one of the coolest areas in Paris full of restaurants and pubs. "Staff were lovely and helpful, answered any questions we had. They made the trip easy for us by booking airport transfers, they went through the amenities with us. We were so thankful for the free cold water tap they provide in the 'living room', it was so good to have after a long day of exploring, eating and drinking. The room was very good, plenty of space for 2 and decorated nicely and very clean. It was amazing value for money - we weren't expecting such a nice place for the amount we paid!...
