"We loved our stay at Babel Belleville. Out of the tourist path but still easy to access the rest of the city (2 minutes to the nearest metro!) it is an ideal location for those who want a more authentic neighborhood experience. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated and we appreciated the gorgeous Babel toiletries. Everything was fine with the hotel, my only negative is that it would be great if the room doors didn't slam shut - the noise from them at night is a little intrusive. "Dare I say this is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed? The rooms are cozy, perfectly appointed and feel like staying in a guest suite at a friend’s house. I had the single room and the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Some friends and I used the spa and it was lovely. You have to book the time in advance so be sure to do that so you don’t miss out. We also had the breakfast and it was tasty and varied.
