Tele grande enfrente de la cama configurada para utilizar el screen mirrow. No me gustó que vendieran agua en recepción a un precio muy elevado. Volvería alojarme aquí. Está todo nuevo y bien cuidado"

"Excellent stay! We enjoyed 7 nights at this hotel. The superieur room was big & well equiped with an amazing balcony & view on Cusco. Staff very friendly & always ready to help, they can even pack you a lunch box if you request one for an early tour you got. Breakfast on site is not extensive but got the essential & fresh! It is located 4 min walk from the main square : Plaza De Armes and everything is close by, just gotta get your steps & adapt to high altitude. Highly recommend !!"

"This is the perfect located hotel! The staff could not have been more helpful and responsive prior to us arriving, during our stay and when we were leaving. They had someone waiting at the airport with a sign on our names, when we arrived before our room was read they held our bags while we went out, and had our room ready for early check in (11 AM). "Loved my stay here at Casa Cartagena in Cusco. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, and the amenities such as the spa was wonderful, especially after hiking Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain. The welcome tea and chocolates with free water was also a nice gesture. Bartender was also very friendly and gave me and my friends a personal pisco making lesson. Location was good, walking distance to Plaza de Armas. Would highly recommend 10/10!"
