Tele grande enfrente de la cama configurada para utilizar el screen mirrow. No me gustó que vendieran agua en recepción a un precio muy elevado. Volvería alojarme aquí. "We had a good stay at Andenes.Room was clean,breakfast was good.Free tea and water anytime.Only issue we had that our room was close to the breakfast room and you hear chefs prepare from 4:30am."

"The room was clean but the toilet flush/water was weak. The shower drain was slow. It’s on an excellent location, walkable to all of Cusco’s great restaurants, shops, ruins and cathedrals."

"Very good hotel and very good staff! The place is clean, has character and is excellent BUT…..it’s located behind the wall from a very very loud night club and the music goes on till 4-5 am. The hotel is trying to solve it by providing guests with ear plugs but they don’t really help. If you don’t mind partying all night, stay here! If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, I’d look for another place."

"I am here right as I am writing this review and wanted to say how much I love the service of the staff who works here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Victor at the front desk came and grabbed my suitcase to my room and explained everything and said if I needed anything to call 0 from hotel phone! My suite was beautiful and it’s so spacious and I love the bathroom with the rainfall shower head and hot tub! Just make sure not to drink the water from sink you can get sick so only drink bottle...

"The staff super helpful. Definately take them up on getting u a taxi. The hotel is on a hill and they will pick up right at the door The plaza del Armas so close. The only negative is there is a restaurant across the street that plays music at night. If you are an easy to bed person bring earplugs Breakfast was good and fresh"
