"This was a beautiful room, looked just like the pictures. Excellent water pressure and hot water was abundant. Breakfast was beyond excellent with them making our meals from scratch from a menu. Location was very convient as well. My entire family enjoyed this stay and would stay here again."

"The location of this property is perfect. But what really makes it stand out is the incredible dedication of the staff. They are so helpful and are there immediately for any need or request you may have. I felt like part of their family. They were so kind. I will be staying there again when I return to Cusco."

"I am here right as I am writing this review and wanted to say how much I love the service of the staff who works here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Victor at the front desk came and grabbed my suitcase to my room and explained everything and said if I needed anything to call 0 from hotel phone! My suite was beautiful and it’s so spacious and I love the bathroom with the rainfall shower head and hot tub! Just make sure not to drink the water from sink you can get sick so only drink bottle...

"The room was clean but the toilet flush/water was weak. The shower drain was slow. It’s on an excellent location, walkable to all of Cusco’s great restaurants, shops, ruins and cathedrals."
