"I had a very unfortunate checkout experience. First off, I had an early flight and needed to leave at 5:15am. Came down to find the front door padlocked and no one at the desk. Someone did come out. Next, I needed to give them my room key to leave. I thought I’d left it on the desk in the room, so he went up to find it. He said it wasn’t there so I went up with him to find it. Key not there. Also not there was the money I left for housekeeping. Basically he’s not letting me out of this padlocked...

"At every central area , clean and friendly staff "

"Excellent location and massive beds. We stayed in 2 different rooms before and after our trek. Both were formed with the old wall, the first had a dehumidifier, the second didnt. Both rooms felt a bit damp. The window in the bathroom opened out onto the street. Breakfast was tasty and theyvwill do you a breakfast to go if you have an early start. Looked after our bags FOC between stays."

"The breakfast is excellent with fresh coffee, fresh juice, and fresh fruit every morning. The value is great. Location is great. All important Cusco landmark nearby at walking distance. The room is clean and warm in spite of the outside cooler temperature, however the bed is a little too soft for me. For someone liking more firm bed, perhaps this bed would be an issue to sleep well. The staff is friendly."

The only downside is because the rooms are situated around an open courtyard you can hear people moving around and talking. "rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."

"Great stay overall! The room was very clean and comfortable it was with view to street and it didn't have much noise we were able to sleep really well, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. The location was super convenient right at the pick up area from all the excursions, making it easy to get around. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.
