"Great location, clean room & friendly staff. Water pressure in the shower✅. The downfall was that we could hear every footstep (sounds like stomping) the people above us took. The first night the person above us seemed to pace from 10 pm - 1 am. The second night it was someone new & no pacing but every footstep plus when they left at 4 am. Spoke to the staff who said they have received complaints about this before and sadly they were full and could not move us to a new room. If you stay...

"Great boutique hotel, the staff is very nice and helpful, and the hotel's location is good. The room is big and the bed is very comfy. Love the hotel. Highly recommended."

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."

"100% recommend"

The staff was available anytime we needed via WhatsApp and the breakfast was a nice treat every morning. We were welcomed with tea as we acclimated and we were able to leave our luggage while we were away in Machu Picchu for 2 days, then returned for 2 more nights at the Rumi Wasi. The proximity...
