"We had a good stay at Andenes.Room was clean,breakfast was good.Free tea and water anytime.Only issue we had that our room was close to the breakfast room and you hear chefs prepare from 4:30am."

We stayed 3 nights during our visits to Machu Pichu and the Rainbow Mountain and since we had to leave the hotel super early, they accommodate to have our breakfast to go every day."

"Very good hotel and very good staff! The place is clean, has character and is excellent BUT…..it’s located behind the wall from a very very loud night club and the music goes on till 4-5 am. The hotel is trying to solve it by providing guests with ear plugs but they don’t really help. If you don’t mind partying all night, stay here! If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, I’d look for another place."

"Great clean room and hot shower.Breakfast and coffee good. Good location to Plazas,restaurants and shops. Safe location. They arranged transport to airport and kept our bags safe after checkout until we left for airport."

"The Marriot lives up to it name in spade. Friendly staff, helpful and goes above and beyond. Located right in the city centre and easily accessible to everythinf you need. Breakfest has an amazing spread, largest I have seen so far and tastes amazing"

"THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 3 STARS JUST OK ITS BC OF ONE OF THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK ; I DONT THINK SHE ENJOYS HER JOB SHE DIDNT EVEN SAY WELCOME TO US AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY 'VIP' GIFT WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BOTTLE OF SPIRIT SHE TOLD ME WE CAN ONLY GET A SODA BUT THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL AND AFTER A LONG TRIP THATS A PLUS"

"I am here right as I am writing this review and wanted to say how much I love the service of the staff who works here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Victor at the front desk came and grabbed my suitcase to my room and explained everything and said if I needed anything to call 0 from hotel phone! My suite was beautiful and it’s so spacious and I love the bathroom with the rainfall shower head and hot tub! Just make sure not to drink the water from sink you can get sick so only drink bottle...

"Clean room they cleaned Everyday breakfast included you were able to order your breakfast and they would bring it to you we had Machu Picchu really early and they broght us a breakfast to go the night before staff super nice location excellent close to the plaza and stores"

"Excellent stay! We enjoyed 7 nights at this hotel. The superieur room was big & well equiped with an amazing balcony & view on Cusco. Staff very friendly & always ready to help, they can even pack you a lunch box if you request one for an early tour you got. Breakfast on site is not extensive but got the essential & fresh! It is located 4 min walk from the main square : Plaza De Armes and everything is close by, just gotta get your steps & adapt to high altitude. Highly recommend !!"

"he location was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, they barely spoke English, which made communication challenging at times. The room was also quite cold, especially during the night. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improving English communication and room heating would make the experience much better."
