"The room itself was charming and the location was perfect. Every member of staff was wonderfully warm and helpful. The only thing to mention is that the top-floor room felt very chilly at night — even with the heater provided, it made a small difference. The shower only got hot at very low pressure, which made it difficult to warm up. It may simply be for that particular room, and it certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise lovely stay."
