"Our apartment was wonderful and the staff were great. We speak only a little Spanish, so having the desk staff being able to communicate with us in English was helpful. The entry for our first floor room was in the alley, but I think almost all the other rooms were from the inside of the building. "

They provided all the basics, but there were no slippers in the room, and the shower was broken. The staff wasn't very friendly; it seemed they didn't appreciate me pointing out the hotel's shortcomings, which definitely don't make it a 4-star hotel. "The most beautiful apartment in the best location! The photos of this really don't do it justice. We booked the top floor apartment with roof terrace and the outdoor space was incredible. The apartment was spotless, so bright and airy with sliding doors/windows all around to let the light in. The location was brilliant, few minutes walk from the bus stop for the airport, just over the walk from the beach and surrounded by lots of lovely restaurants/bars.
