"Nuby was the first face we saw when we arrived. He was a ray of sunshine and made our stay, both at the hotel and out and about, so much better. He was able to answer any questions we had and always greeted us with a big smile. We meet Pepe on our last day and he was also very pleasant. We had a very nice breakfast before heading out and the buffet had so many choices. Would definitely stay here again!"

The staff were very unfriendly, were rude and not helpful when it came to anything we asked or needed. Talked to other residents staying and they had the same issue. Would not stay again solely based of off bad customer service."
