"Pros- very helpful staff, excellent location, clean rooms. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest. Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers. Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing."

"The hotel located in Volts square. Thus it was very convenient to reach to train station, Como Lake, restaurants and shops by walking. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Only thing I would like to recommend is more bright lights in the suite for us to be able to read papers, texts and email messages."

My room had a beautiful view of the plaza and you could even see the lake when you peeked over the balcony. Obviously not the b&b’s fault, but just a heads up- the one downside (to my room being plaza-facing) was that each night there...
