"Clean room, comfortable beds, convenient location, kind staff. Regarding reviews about location, most travelers know Belize City is a jumping off point to get to the islands, one nights stay is sometimes required for connecting flights and water taxi. The hotels are not resort quality because no one is staying there for a week. This was a safe and clean location for our one night stay and totally worth the cost. "Nice rooms and staff. Great restaurant near by and walking path along the water. And easy walk to the big nice museum. Nice patio to enjoy the birds and ocean breeze. Big hotel across the street under construction but noise is over by 6 pm. Our 4th time staying here and we will be back the next time we visit Belize."

"Staff was helpful, room was clean. Options for private or shared bathroom. Front door locked in the evening and no guests allowed, so safe for single travelers. Beer and water for sale and front desk, and a nice little balcony on the river. Short walk to the museum."

"We were diverted here for 1 night when the Roatan airport closed due to heavy rain. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's bare bones room, no coffee maker or safe, no elevator. We just needed a place not far from the airport for a quick one night stay. "
