"The room was perfectly maintained, and the area is nice and quiet. It's also very convenient because there's a mini-mall right next door with a coffee shop, pharmacy, and convenience store. Parking wasn't a concern at all either, as they have plenty of spaces available. And on top of that, the customer support team was excellent—always quick to reply and very helpful."

We had a quad room for a family of 4 - forgot to request that 2 beds be put together so all had singles which was fine but should have thought to ask. Good size bathroom. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. "Great location!! It’s about 5minute walk from the main shopping area (Laugavegur). There’s no staff on site for check in but a clear detailed instruction was provided. It was easy, The common areas such as the lobby and kitchen were minimalist and modern design. No airconditioning as it’s common in Europe. "Stay away! This has to be the worst hotel in Iceland. I stayed here a few years and remember it fondly, this week has been a joke: nothing works, the staff are oblivious, the rooms are old and the breakfast buffet is terrible. "I got the extra large room and I noticed a lot of the furniture needed to be replaced. Old, dirty, and broken table, couch, and fridge. Bathroom sink was tiny didn’t have any place to place my toiletries. And most importantly the room needs a portable fan in substitute of an AC. Im a hot sleeper and with no AC it was difficult falling asleep."
