"What I liked: The staff was so helpful, positive and professional. All of them were excellent, but particularly Brian, Pascal and Meia (sp?). Room for improvement: the Gym which I used three times needs a pull up bar. Overall the experience was an 11 out of 10 (outstanding!)."

"Excellent location, very close to both train and metro. Many restaurants and coffee places around. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator and our room was on the last floor so it was a challenge to bring the luggage up."

"The building for this hotel looks a bit dull from outside - but on the inside, it's amazing - a real oasis in the heart of the city. We had a room with a balcony on the 6th floor, and it was fab to have a sofa and space outside that we could just relax without being in an expensive Danish bar or cafe! The pool is great, and we enjoyed time just relaxing during a city break where you end up walking around a lot, so need some down-time. Breakfast food was very good here too. You can easily...

"Clean room. Very basic amenities. Room doesn’t have a mini bar or kettle / coffee making station. Beds comfortable and a great location. No AC just a fan, which unfortunately resulted in a sore throat."

"Friendly, bustling slightly ‘hip’ smallish hotel. Wine hour and nightcap hour both nice offerings. Superior appartment was fine. Busy main intersection at front but bedroom overlooking quiet courtyard. Bed comfortable. Thin, small towels. Storage space minimal. Lighting hit and miss. No blackout curtains. Jury is out on breakfast. It’s overhyped. If you like a hotel breakfast it’ll probably do. If you’re not bothered you could probably do just as well for less in one of the neighbourhood cafes....

"The images shown really do not reflect the hotel! The first experience was really unfortunate. It was absolutely tiny, facing a wall with no view. The original person helping us was incredibly unhelpful as well :( luckily, the staff moved us to a better room—but definitely not worth this price if we were in the other room."
