"The hosts are so sweet. Breakfast is very good they will cook eggs and bacon fresh for you. The rooms are very clean with fresh flowers a lovely touch. There is a small bar where you can have nightcap. The area around has lots of restaurants and bars. The square seems a little sketchy but we had no problems and felt very safe. We would recommend a stay at this hotel."

"The property feels safer than any I’ve been it. The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three."

"Check in super easy, staff very nice. Room is nice and clean as well. (Minor things I don’t like personal preference :I don’t like rain showers cause I don’t like to get my very long hair wet and the head is so high you can’t adjust it. The doors are paper thin so you do hear what is going on in the corridor.) That being said I still would come back here again."

It’s within easy walking distance of all the top spots in Old Town, including the Basílica del Voto Nacional, Independence Square, and the Basilica and Convent of San Francisco. "The hotel is just one block from the main square, which makes it easy to visit and enjoy Quito's historical monuments at a leisurely pace. The hotel staff is very attentive and helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, as well as helping us with tours of both Quito's historic center and an excursion to one of the volcanoes.
