"Our stay at Vuestro had highs and lows. We were first thrown off when the staff showing us to our room took us to the basement of the hotel where, to our surprise, our room was located. We had booked a room with a balcony so being below ground level wasn't expected. No spa or spa service, only two towels for the cold shower my husband and I took. Rooms barely cleaned after our second day. "This is a lovely place to stay! We would def stay here again. It is well located and within walking distance of many things to do and see as well as shopping. One thing to note, I believe the listing says the front desk is only manned for an hour every day but there is a doorman onsite 24/7. The shower has good water pressure and is spacious.
