The beds were firm enough to provide support but also soft enough that you felt like you’re sleeping on a marshmallow. It was super comfortable! The property is well situated and within walking distance to many restaurants and fast food options. This will be my go-to hotel when I return to Ottawa! "

The rooms are very clean and spacious, the king-sized beds and bedding are really comfortable, and the kitchen is a great bonus for us. "As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room. There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall. Our room had a beautiful view of Parliament which was a really great view as the sun was setting. We will be back for sure. "
