Man fühlte sich dank des herzlichen Check-In durch Lisa nicht nur direkt willkommen, sondern als sei man zu Hause angekommen. Diese Servicequalität setzte sich den gesamten Aufenthalt fort. "Our host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check-in early. He recommended eateries round about and gave us a discount at the hotel restaurant where we had a nice lunch. All the staff were helpful and courteous, and all spoke excellent English. The sitting room of the lobby is very pleasant. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet despite being very close to one of the main squares: a very convenient location, from which we were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see in Bologna."
