"The property was an unexpected surprise. Beautiful mezzanine with restaurant."

"Staff were very helpful and were always positive. The location can't be beat if you're there to see Broadway - exit the door and go 10 steps down the road and you're standing in Times Square. Downside was the hotel could use an update. It was a pricey booking and I was expecting better considering there are other options in the area where we've stayed in the past."

"Upon arrival our room was very unclean stains on the table and finger prints on the window and the mirror. Thermostat wasn’t not functional. We asked to change the room front desk lady wasn’t very much helpful. She probably didn’t like her job. Moved to the second room it was ok. But after a day the thermostat had an issue again in the new room. Absolutely frustrating especially winter time. Bought a hot flavored coffee at the gift shop but unfortunately wasn’t warm at all and had no flavor and...

"Great design, very central location. We got the room with Times Square view. A bit noisy also at night, even so we stayed on the 22nd floor. But since we stayed only for 1 night, this was exactly what we wanted to be in the very center of touristic actions. Staff was friendly, but not super nice and accommodating. I wished they also offered complimentary water in the room. "

"The property location is excellent, so walkable, close to Times Square yet we had plenty of quiet to rest after long days of walking. Staff is helpful, attentive and each member we interacted with was customer service oriented. Bedding is crisp, beds and pillows very comfy, rooms are a decent size per NY standard with closet space and room to move. We didn’t use the health club. Bar is lovely. Based on location, service and comfort, we’d definitely recommend. "
