"We stayed here for one night. Free parking outside the hotel. Informed the hotel that we were arriving late in the evening, they provided the PIN code for the front door & key left at reception. Room was clean. Breakfast was the highlight for us. Italian coffee was the best & the pastries were to die for! We had the strawberries/cream croissant, pistachio croissant & apple tart. "The female staff in the mornings contined to take male guests ahead of me . Each time saying “ just let me finish with him “ Ignoring that i was first in line and should be teated equally . It was dismissive and unpolite . In this front desk clerks eyes i was insignificant and i did ask her what it was about me she felt it was ok to give me such lack of respect. She said i am sorry i didnt see you and it was only a lie. I was standing right in front and she looked directly at me"

"The hotel and the property were gorgeous. It was a beautiful respite from the crowds of Venice. Concierge was very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair."

"We were looking forward to eating at the hotel but the restaurant is shut which no one told us before. Despite sending me a PDF about my upcoming trip, encouraging me to eat there. There is no room service available either even though there is a QR card in the room with the room service menu. "

"The AC in the room is a passive system where they run chilled water through the walls. The room was very warm according to American standards and the first night was uncomfortable to sleep. By the second day the temperature had cooled down. I understand that many hotels in Venice and the surrounding island don’t have Ac at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Murano. The Hotel overall was very nice."

"Great location , easy access to bus to go to Venice. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided clear directions to get to Venice. The food at the restaurant was not what I expected. The staff were very friendly so it made up for the disappointment with the food."

"Lovely hotel tucked away in a small town not far from Venice. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The restaurant attached to the hotel is delicious and the staff was friendly. The only thing is keep in mind that the train station Quarto D’Altino is not a walkable distance to the hotel, so you will need to get a taxi from the station to the hotel which can be hard to come by."

"The staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an added touch of wallpaper with a nice picture inside the shower. The room also had a terrace where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or wine."
