"The room was acceptable. We stayed 3 nights and were told there was daily housekeeping but that never happened. We had to go the front desk to get trash bags, towels, an extra bar of soap, shampoo and toilet paper. The free breakfast was adequate but no fruit, eggs, meat, etc. Just yogurt, waffle ..."

Holiday Inn Grand Haven-Spring Lake by IHG
"The hotel needs more round the clock cleaning crew for such a busy hotel. Hallway garbage was overflowing. Our bathtub was clogged and hardly drained. There was volleyball court no ball, ping pong no balls. Later in the day no pool towels and no hotel staff to wash them as cleaning department only ..."
