"I was pleasantly surprised with my room, the beautiful bathroom. It was a lovely, very comfortable stay. A convenient walk to Jefferson outpatient center, was easy and safe. Then I returned for continental breakfast which was more than adequate. I loved the vegan cranberry cookie. The staff were super friendly and pleasant. This was a gem to be able to stay here, thank you, I hope to stay here again in the future. "

"I visited Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia. Pennsylvania March 28- April 2 2026. I had a horrible experience at Club Quarter. The rooms were extremely small. The hotel indicated they served breakfast on Expedia and when I inquired about the time of breakfast, they laughed it off saying “everyone asks about breakfast.’ My colleague was disabled and had a wheelchair and his room did not meet ADA accommodations standards. "We stayed 3 nights at a cost of $797. Generally both the outside and inside of the house seemed impressive. The hosts were friendly. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed in our stay. There appeared to be no heat on in the entire house. We arrived late, after a warm day. That night and the next 36 hours was quite cold. While an electric room heater was available in our room (a strange way to heat), the hallways and shared bathroom on the second floor were very cold! While not as...

"Location was excellent and should have been a quiet road as it’s a side road but rubbish/recycling picked up at like 0530 in the morning on two of my 3 mornings meant I didn’t sleep well. My shower control must have been broken because my shower was luke warm whilst the sink’s hot water was very hot! I’m not sure if the food in the room was free but it didn’t occur to me that it may have been until I saw the enormous amenities charge to my bill. It would have been nice to make that clear..just...

"Bathroom hooks and bathroom storage would go a long way, as would cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Aside from salt and pepper, the spice rack was well stocked, and the pots, pans, utensils and dishes were great. Good location, lots of restaurants, shops, and history - highly walkable and public transit is right outside. "
