"Very thing was great except the reception music was far too loud, you could not even talk to the check in. Then people in the main hall talked louder to hear each other to made the environment worse. I asked the receptionist to turn down the volume. SHE says she could not. I told her to inform her manager, She didn’t give a care about my request. The grand entrance of the hall was great but the volume of the music made it seem like market."

"One thing that I like about this hotel is the location,very near to Bukit Bintang, but yeah if you go with lots of lugages it will be a bit difficult for you, well ...... since I just arrived from a very long flight with my mom and we have 4 big and heavy lugages, no one is helping us around. Lobby is a bit old but their room is minimalist, maybe they should renovates the lobby, our room is good, not so big but clean, the bathroom is good too, bright and clean. Overall I am happy staying at this...

"Rooms are not clean, floors are sticky, tables had food sauce left over tv remote was oily. Towels was dirty. Hotel is tucked in a corner in the Citi, still very much walkable. Rates for the rooms was really affordable just the rooms was really gross. The sheets don’t event smell good."

"The people were nice. The hotel was awful. There is a gap between the pictures used to promote the hotel and reality. The room needs a deep clean, especially on the floor and in the bathroom. The towels were also thread bare, the skippers old and dirty - not good when the floor is just a bad. I struggle to grasp how this hotel has such a good rating amongst travellers - unless their expectations are low and they place their contact w the staff above the reality of their surroundings. "Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. The Wi-Fi did not work on the first day, the TV was completely unusable, and the room cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only made the situation worse. The so-called “Deluxe Double Room” was much smaller than advertised and definitely not worth the price.
