"Clean room friendly staff good location"

"The location is fantastic – just a short 3-5 minute walk to the brand new TRX mall and MRT station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. It's also close to Pavilion KL and surrounded by charming local eateries and trendy cafes, including the famous Grumpy Bagel."

"Very thing was great except the reception music was far too loud, you could not even talk to the check in. Then people in the main hall talked louder to hear each other to made the environment worse. I asked the receptionist to turn down the volume. SHE says she could not. I told her to inform her manager, She didn’t give a care about my request. The grand entrance of the hall was great but the volume of the music made it seem like market."

"It’s cheap and in a good tourist area right by lalaport. The room for triple deluxe was a good size but a bit gross. Some stains on sheets and stuff. The WiFi didn’t work all the time and to turn on the rooms power you need to put the key card in. Overall okay stay you get what you pay for."

"Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable"

"The entire hotel is dirty and smells like smoke because they allow people to smoke in a poorly ventilated courtyard located in the middle of the hotel. The smoke travels throughout the hallways and under your door into your room. The rooms are also poorly ventilated, so everything smells like smoke. The front desk staff are dishonest and will charge you double the tourism tax and then tell you to claim the extra charge directly from the...

"It was okay, if you don't mind the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I don't mind how small the room was because it's cozy. They had the water bottles, vanity set, shampoo, soap, shower gel, and slippers (if they're not from the last owners though). They also had the prayer mat for those who are Muslim. And whenever you need something, the staff will get it done right away. The downside is the cleanliness of the room, and the bath towels (which had either brown or grey stains, which...

"There is tourist tax and cleaning fees not shown on the booking and are add on later. This is an apartment leasing so expect the fees to be high. Not worth for short term stay as cleaning fees are same regardless 1 night or 10 nights. Lastly the Aircon compressor are making vibration noise. If light sleeper you can avoid this place "

"The place was clean with a great view. The bed was comfortable, and the responses to my inquiries were quick. It was also convenient that the bedroom and living room were separated. It was the best choice."

"New hotel.. Furniture in good condition, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Room attendant need to improve the service. There is another guest bill and medicine left in my room (probably from the previous guest). They didn't change my towels during daily seervice. They didn't change the body wash which is almost empty."
