"It was a nice, large two bedroom apartment with beautiful views. We are a family of five, so it was a very comfortable stay. We did have some slight complications at check-in, but take partial responsibility since we did not email the host 24 hours prior to our stay. The staff at the building were ultimately able to pinpoint our host & help us with check-in which we were super thankful for since we arrived in the wee hours of the morning. "Loved the hotel. It’s centrally located and very close to TRX Exchange. The open bathroom overlooking the city with creeper plants was interesting. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the staffs were very down to earth."

"I am coming to this hotel about once a year since 2017. Rooms are spacious and clean. I had the Junior Suite and I enjoyed having a proper desk, a separate simple seating area, and a kitchen with flowing water. The attached shopping mall has degraded a bit since pre-covid times and dining options there are very limited now. Anyhow, there is local food in easy walking distance, and a large, modern shopping mall with plenty of dining options a 15 minute walk away. Breakfast in the hotel I like...

"New hotel.. Furniture in good condition, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Room attendant need to improve the service. There is another guest bill and medicine left in my room (probably from the previous guest). They didn't change my towels during daily seervice. They didn't change the body wash which is almost empty."
