"Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig und sauber. Wir haben ein Upgrade in eine Royal Suite bekommen. Die Speiseauswahl war umfangreich und für jeden was dabei. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Checkout gab es noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk-was nicht selbstverständlich ist und in positiver Erinnerung bleibt! "What a beautiful hotel just minutes from the port and the central area. We easily walked over from the ferry, and it was simple to launch explorations of the city and its surrounding areas from this location. The staff are very attentive, and the drinks at the bar after a day of touring are well prepared. We also enjoyed a treatment at the spa, which was a perfect conclusion to our 15-day tour of Greece. Recommend if you are coming to Heraklion!"

"Sea view split level suite was excellent. Very clean and the best views. Slight smell from drainage but didn't spoil the holiday. Hotel staff were amazing. Helpful and friendly. The restaurant was run separately so could not charge meals to room. Other restaurants nearby. Would recommend Cabo. Lovely views, food and staff. However, breakfast was included so no probs there. Enjoyed the varied buffet breakfast. Pool is small and on the roadside so noisy at times. Small beach area for the hotel but...

"The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years."
