"Our kids and us love staying here. The staff was super easy to communicate with. All the check-in and checkout instructions were super detailed. We had a little miscommunication on checkout about where the key cards were and the online staff did they due diligence to make sure the keys were where I said I put them. The owner was very kind and he provided precise recommendations for transit. He also provided us with a map of Kyoto as well as a general guidebook for tourists. "We stayed in a few hotels during our stay in Tokyo and Kyoto and this one was our favourite. Super modern with fantastic service and facilities. Spacious room with all the mod cons, beautiful amenities, treats, big bath & shower etc. Lemon cake and welcome drink on arrival. Fruit juices, water, soda water in fridge replenished each day.
