"It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the “windows” were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet. "

"We stayed in the penthouse suite at the top of the hotel and it was fabulous, I cannot recommend it enough. The interior is beautiful, the private hot tub was a bonus, and it was so clean and well presented. The staff were very helpful; they arranged our luggage transfer for us and were helpful with various queries. "Was very impressed by this hotel since we've never checked into a no reception desk hotel before. Everything was communicated well. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. We had no reason to call for housekeeping for anything additional although they were there daily. They had an ebike/scooter in front of the hotel so that was very convenient. It was also tucked into the alley and that provided a good feel of the lifestyle. And yes, there is a Japan tax that will need to be paid at...
