"The Koubai suite was wonderful. The outdoor bath is very private and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the private garden was lovely. This is my favourite room in Japan so far!"

We had a little miscommunication on checkout about where the key cards were and the online staff did they due diligence to make sure the keys were where I said I put them. "The room was excellent. Complimentary sake in the afternoons was also very nice. Location is a bit of a walk from the nearest subway, but there are plenty of nearby bus stops if you don't need to drag around large luggages. "

"We were 3 friends traveling and the room was huge we each had our own bed and lots of room for all our bags. We had come from Tokyo where there was not even room to turn around. The staff was helpful and a castle with beautiful gardens was across the street. I would highly recommend Noku Kyoto "
