"Very refined and traditional inn, where the incredibly gracious host makes you feel straight at home. Breakfast is lovely, the whole hotel is spotless, and the onsen bath is a definite highlight. "It’s a great little hotel in a very quiet part of Kyoto. If you wish to get away from all the crowds and just experience how the locals live, this is a hotel for you. We had a room with a private onsen bath, which was just perfect at the end of all the sightseeing.
Special thanks to the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable.
We also booked a kaiseki dinner at their restaurant (in a sister hotel) Futago. Incredible food and service. I highly recommend you try it if...

"We enjoyed our stay at Rinn Shiki Juraku. The rooms were clean and very beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly Riku who helped us fix a malfunctioning AC unit in our room. Overall it was an incredibly lovely experience and we would definitely come back."

"This was our favorite hotel on our trip and I was actually sad that we only got to stay for one night until continuing onto our next spot. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast at the cafe was tasty. We had forgotten a blanket in the room after checkout and contacted the staff. They were very helpful and were able to send it in the mail to our next hotel! Above and beyond service!"
