"Location and nearby amenities perfect"

"No staff when we arrived, waited for 20 mins to finally somebody shows up to help us check in. The staff don’t know much about computer reservation and ask us to pay for another card when I already showed him it’s all paid, with my receipt confirmation .When we got to the room it’s smelly and it doesn’t feel safe. It’s a terrible service !"

"We stayed in a king suite, it was very clean but only 1 chair at a small table for both of us to eat unless we dragged the computer chair across the room. Also our room was on the end next to the stairwell so we heard the door slam all night. I wouldn’t say king suite more like a larger room "

"Mattress was hard and lumpy and so were the pillows. People in the room next door someone was coughing for hours. A young child or baby was crying along with that noise. The maid opened our door 2 hours before checkout when we were FINALLY getting some sleep. Room was pretty clean as were the sheets etc. Not the hotels problem with other patrons but made for a very miserable night 😵‍💫"

"Everything at the hotel was very nice. The pool is nice size, great breakfast, friendly staff. My only complaint is, it's so close to the interstate, so you here truck noise throughout the night."

"Staff was awesome, our tv wasn't working and Kia was outstanding to fix the issue. We were upgraded due to the tv issue. Wonderful room! We plan on staying again as my daughter and I travel to South Dakota often and this makes for a very relaxing stay! 10 out 10 for our stay. Recommend to anyone!"

"The elevator was broken and out of commission. Although they advertised free breakfast, when we checked in there was a sign saying “No breakfast. Sorry for the inconvenience.” We were traveling with my elderly mother and intentionally booked a two bedroom suite. When we checked in to the room it was extremely warm and stuffy with no way to adjust the temperature. The desk clerk found us two adjoining rooms but upon entering one, found it hadn’t been cleaned (bed unmade, towels on the floor etc. In fact I thought I had entered an occupied room) so back to the clerk for our third try. This one had just one towel and the bedside lamp bulb was burned out. Not at all pleased!"
